We realize that for some a limo service is not an everyday need and therefore you have questions and maybe a bit of hesitancy on reserving our services. Hopefully the following frequently asked questions will help put your mind at ease.
All clients are asked to turn on their phones as soon as they land. This is so chauffeurs can communicate with clients and introduce themselves. Our chauffeurs are trained to be standing in between the gate you are exiting and baggage claim. Therefore we always tell clients if you have reached baggage claim you have already passed your chauffeur.
Timing all depends on how congested LAX is during your arrival. There are times that it can take as little as 10 minutes and times where it can take up to 45 minutes. This portion of the pick up is completely out of a chauffeurs hands. All chauffeurs stage right outside LAX waiting to hear from their clients on when they are either at curbside or approaching curbside.

We always ask clients to inform us of delays as soon as they are aware because sometimes that same delay does not show in our trackers until upwards of an hour later. That hour is valuable time we can be spending making sure your arrival is taken care of regardles s of time of arrival. Typically we are able to assist most delays without issues. If we are unable to assist our next recourse would be to ask the aid of an affiliate. Lastly if that also does not work we would have to inform you that we are unable to complete the arrival which will result in a full refund.

Typically we recommend 1.5 to 2 hours prior for all LAX departures. For international we would recommend 2.5 to 3 hours prior. We always think it is better for you to be waiting at the airport rather than rushing in traffic to reach the airport.

We will assist you in finding the correct people to file a claim on the lost bags. We will then wait with you until you are done with the process and then proceed with the reservation.

Our chauffeurs always obtain a luggage cart in order to assist with getting your bags to the vehicle. Luggage carts are available right outside every terminal and are able to fit about 4 large suitcases.
