Over all a very great company and we had a great experience with them.

My drivers name was Vaz, and he was absolutely amazing. He met me at my dorm over 10 minutes early and helped me carry all my stuff making move out very easy. He was also such a smooth driver and rented a cart at the airport for me for my luggage.

As for the company, when making the reservation they were very nice and kept us well informed.

We don't usually use limo services but we were traveling with a 92 year old, a walker and extra luggage to attend a wedding. Not only that, but we were arriving late at night at LAX.

We used LB Limousine Inc for pickup to and from LAX for our family vacation. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They communicated at every level. Pricing/quote was clear and prompt. Frequently Asked Questions

We realize that for some a limo service is not an everyday need and therefore you have questions and maybe a bit of hesitancy on reserving our services. Hopefully the following frequently asked questions will help put your mind at ease.

Why are there airport fees for arriving flights but not departing ones?

Airports require permits in order to be able to pick up clients. Those permits are yearly fees. Some airports (LAX for example) also charge for each time we enter the arrivals section of an airport through a scanner that is in the vehicle. Lastly, when you are going to the airport we know what time you are going to be on board. But when you are arriving it is a longer process which in turn results in fees.

We are leaving for a trip out of LAX, and our flight to leave is delayed by 3 hours, can you pick us up later?

When you are reserving a time slot to LAX (Example 4 PM pick up to the airport) you are taking up a slot that can go to someone else who is in need of service. Therefore if your flight is delayed we would still stick to your initial pick up time. If you would like us to come back in 3 hours it would count as two trips instead of 1. We recommend you grab a bite to eat at the airport while you wait.

How will we know how to find our chauffeur when we land?

The single most important part of your time with us will be turning on your cell phone once you land. Chauffeur will communicate introducing themselves and providing instructions whether it be a curbside or meet and greet pick up.

Do you monitor flights for any changes?

LB Limousine monitors all flights throughout the day and adjust accordingly. Very rarely if we are unable to accommodate the change we will first try to gain assistance from an affiliate with the last resort being a cancellation and full refund. We would recommend notifying us of any delays as soon as you are aware because it takes time for our systems to see what you are notified at the airport.

What if we need help deciding what time we leave our place in order to reach the airport in time?

We are very careful when we are recommending pick up times to the airport. No one wants to worry about whether or not they will make there flight. Therefore if we are asked what time pick up should be you can rest assured it will be a time where if all goes wrong we will still make the flight. Ultimately the decision on what time to leave will be up to you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24 hour notice for any and all cancellations. We also recommend you purchase insurance for all flights in case your flight is cancelled. When a flight is cancelled it is no one’s fault but the airline must reimburse you for your tickets AND also the fare to/or from the airport. We will not accept responsibility for an airline cancellation.

What is your grace period once we land at the airport?

LB Limousine provides 60 min grace period from the time you arrive at your gate (not when you land, but when you are actually are off the plane for all domestic flights, and 90 min grace period for all international flights. Every minute thereafter will be $2.25 until on board.
