Most of the time our clients have reservations or set times they need to arrive at various locations. With a diverse and vast fleet of vehicles we look to cater to your needs to the best of our ability. Your chauffeurs are trained to be where they need to be when needed with a smile on their face. In Los Angeles there are so many events going on at various times that congestion becomes a real problem atvarious times of the day. We track all major events in the area so that we know where the congestion is and at what time. Frequently Asked Questions

We realize that for some a limo service is not an everyday need and therefore you have questions and maybe a bit of hesitancy on reserving our services. Hopefully the following frequently asked questions will help put your mind at ease.
Reservations made for events and parties will be a 72 hour cancellation notice required. This would be non negotiable and will be followed strictly as we would need enough time to reserve the vehicle for another party.
You are more than welcome to bring your own alcohol on board. Unfortunately we would not be able to supply alcohol ourselves. We ask that all company safety rules are followed while drinking as we do reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who becomes intoxicated based on the chauffeur’s discretion.
We know just about every hot spot there is in Southern California and would be happy to plan your day or night out with you. Whether it be restaurants or clubs we have an extensive background of where to go to complete your event. Just ask one of our representatives and they will be happy to assist you in planning your event.
At LB Limousine we will not accept any reservation without an itinerary. The reason being that we do not want to misquote you and need an itinerary to provide a quote. A party that is going to one location in 4 hours will not receive the same rate as one that is going to 10 of them. For example 6 hours to go to Palm Springs from Los Angeles would not receive the same rate as an in town service for 6 hours. Please provide as much detail as you can so we can provide an accurate quote with no surprises.
Although we welcome decorations for events we will unfortunately not be able to decorate any vehicle prior to your reservation. We also would need to know what decorations in particular you are looking to use and would need to be approved prior to the reservation.
Our overtime rates are the same as the base hourly rates we provide you for your initial hours reserved. However, the only difference is that overtime is never guaranteed. We always recommend you reserve as much time is needed when placing a reservation so we do not have an event after you and you are still in need of more time. Unfortunately in that situation we would have to decline extra hours which is something we never like to do.
