We understand that booking a shuttle service to or from LAX may not be something you do every day, so it’s natural to have questions or hesitations. These FAQs are here to help you feel confident and informed before reserving your airport transportation.
Typically you would account for 2 bags for each guest. So if the Sprinter is a 12 capacity you would be able to fit 24 pieces of luggage on board at full capacity.
Unfortunately no southern california airports allow parking curbside and leaving the vehicle unattended. Therefore the Sprinter Executive Coaches are always curbside pick up only upon your arrival.
You are more than welcome to hire a second vehicle which will come with a flat rate plus airport fees for a meet and greet service. That chauffeur will greet you and help you with bags to the curb where the Sprinter will then meet to continue the reservation. If you are against a Sprinter and an SUV you are also welcome to reserve 2 SUVs if the luggage will fit.
Typically we recommend 1.5 to 2 hours prior for all LAX departures. For international we would recommend 2.5 to 3 hours prior. We always think it is better for you to be waiting at the airport rather than rushing in traffic to reach the airport.
For our Sprinter Executive Coach we will be able to provide bottled water but nothing more. You are more than welcome to bring your own choice of refreshment but will need to make sure you take it with you at the end of the transfer.
Our Sprinters are a 72 hour notice required for any and all cancellations. Within 72 hours it would be a full charge for the reservation unless the flight has been cancelled. If a flight has been cancelled another one would need to be reserved to avoid being charged for the initial reservation.
If you are reserving more than one transfer the first transfer would be charged at time of booking. The remaining trips will be charged as they are completed. If only one reservation is made that would be charged at time of booking.
Most shuttles welcome families and offer child-friendly seating arrangements. If you require a car seat, check in advance, as some providers may require you to bring your own or reserve one beforehand.
